MONTGOMERY COUNTY - A Huber Heights man is behind bars after he allegedly locked himself inside a woman's trunk, then physically assaulted her.
The incident happened in September.
According to police, Michael Lee Jacob Spicer,23, was discovered by his girlfriend, inside her trunk, while at her job in Kettering.
That's when he forced her to drive to Huber Heights, where the woman convinced him to let her go to the Wal Mart in Huber Heights. The woman tried to call for help at the store, but that's when Spicer physically assaulted her.
Spicer was caught in Tennessee on an unrelated charge and extradited back to Montgomery County where he's in the Montgomery County jail facing multiple charges.
