TROY -- A Troy man is in jail for allegedly grabbing more than just books at the library.
Police say Cedric Britt was at the Troy Library on Monday, when he reached through a bookcase and grabbed a woman's behind. The woman filed a police report, and Britt was arrested Tuesday morning.
Turns out Britt is a repeat sex offender and was previously arrested for sexual imposition.
