DAYTON -- A Dayton woman is in jail accused of dragging and running over her ex-boyfriend. Police found Robert Dudrow wandering in the area of Superior and Broadway early this morning. Officers say he was bleeding from several parts of his body and kept holding his head.
When officers asked what had happened to him, he said there was an incident with the mother of his child, Geanetta Phillips. She called him to a home on North Paul Laurence Dunbar Avenue, yelled at him to get into the house and then snatched his car keys and ran to his car.
As Dudrow was trying to get back into the car, Phillips dragged him through several streets and eventually ran him over. Dudrow injuries are said to be non-life threatening, while Phillips is facing aggravated robbery and assault in connection with the incident.
