CLEARCREEK TWP. -- Police have released the name of the woman killed in Tuesday night's fatal crash in Clearcreek Township.
33-year-old Adrienne Hrenko, of Clearcreek Township died in the one vehicle crash.
The crash happened around 8 p.m. at 995 East Lytle Five Points Road in Clearcreek Township. Police say it appears the car may have slid off the road and flew about 300 feet off the roadway and into a ravine. Authorities say it had recently rained in the area and the roads may have been slick.
There was another crash nearby in the 55 mph zone.
"There was a crash here in the last week, I believe, off the right side of the road here," said Clearcreek Township Officer Daniel Morgan.
The woman was trapped and died at the scene. It is unclear if she was wearing a seat belt.
Police say the accident is still under investigation but are looking at speed being a factor in the crash due to the impact of the crash.
