DAYTON -- A family's movie night is interrupted by some real-life drama. Sonya McNair says she heard a gunshot late Monday night, and then moments later a woman was pounding on her door asking for help.
"She was saying, 'Help, help, I've been shot'," McNair told us. "And we looked down and sure enough there was blood everywhere, so I called 911."
Police say the woman was walking down the street with a male friend, who was apparently handling a gun, and it went off. The woman was hit in the leg, but is expected to be OK.
