MIAMI TWP. -- With temperatures expected to dip into the mid-20s tonight. the roads will become more hazardous.
The main roads and most of the side streets in Montgomery County are clear of snow, but they are wet. When the temperature drops overnight, there will be a danger of refreezing. You will want to drive slow and watch out for slick spots or black ice if you're out on the roads tonight. You will definitely want to be careful tomorrow morning on your way to work.
"My concern is my girlfriend needs to drive my truck tomorrow," said Anthony Bolton, of Moraine, "I would rather her take the regular roads because she usually takes the highway."
It's not just roads that are at risk of refreezing, sidewalks and driveways could also get icy. It's a good idea to lay down some salt, if you haven't already.
