NEW BOSTON, TX -- The FBI says an arrest has been made in connection with three ricin-laced letters sent to President Obama and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg last month.
Investigators believe Texas actress Shannon Rogers Richardson sent the letters.
Richardson has had minor roles in tv series, including "The Walking Dead" and "The Vampire Diaries."
Authorities first investigated Richardson's husband after she called the FBI, but officials say they questioned her credibility after interviewing her.
Authorities say this case is unrelated to the investigation of James Everett Dutschske, a Mississippi man accused of sending letters containing ricin to the president and other public officials back in April.
