DOHA, Qatar -- The U.S. is expected to begin peace talks with the Taliban tomorrow.
It'll take place at the group's newly-opened offices in Doha, Qatar.
Afghan President Hamid Karzai says his country won't participate unless the talks are "completely Afghan led".
Karzai also shelved talks with the U.S. over keeping troops in Afghanistan past next year.
All combat troops are expected to be out of the country by the end of 2014.
