KETTERING -- Neighborhood complaints led to a SWAT team drug raid Monday morning at 1701 Norton Avenue.
Kettering police say four people were arrested after surveillance uncovered illegal drug activity.
Heroin and drug trafficking evidence was seized from the residence.
According to Officer Ron Roberts, "the neighbors wanted something done and we took the appropriate action to clean up the neighborhood."
Logan M. Butts, 26, of Dayton reportedly fled the scene because he is facing a felony theft warrant. He was caught and is now in the Montgomery County Jail.
Kristina M. Lovett, 39 of Kettering faces charges of Permitting Drug Abuse and Child Endangering.
Darrin L. Crum, 52, of Dayton and Kyle Christopher Zink, 24, of Beavercreek, were arrested on suspicion of Drug Trafficking.
A fifth person was arrested for reportedly trying to break into the Norton Avenue house.
David M. Hutchinson, 37, of Dayton had a felony probation violation warrant from Montgomery County and is also facing two counts of drug trafficking.
The house has been condemned by a City of Kettering inspector. Police say there was no running water in the house and the power that was being fed into the house had been set up illegally.

KETTERING -- Four suspects have been arrested following a Monday morning SWAT team drug bust.
Police say heroin was seized from a home at 1701 Norton Avenue, Kettering. The home also was searched eight months ago for methamphetamine.
Police say there is no running water at the home and police say it's most likely a flop house.
Three of the suspects are male and one is female. One of the four has a felony theft warrant and all are facing drug charges.
