SPRINGBORO -- The Springboro School Board and the Springboro Education Association, which represent the teacher, have reached a tentative agreement during a July 10 mediation.
Both negotiation teams agreed to support the mediatorâs recommendation for settlement, although details remain confidential.
Both parties will need to ratify the agreement before it becomes final.
The SEA will take the recommendation to their membership for a vote on Monday. The Springboro BOE will vote on the recommendation after it is ratified by the SEA.
Details of the recommendation will be released when both parties agree upon the terms.
