DAYTON -- A fire in Dayton overnight claimed someone's life.
It happened in the 100 block of Fountain Avenue around 3 a.m.
Crews say when they got there flames consumed the home, and they couldn't go in because it was too dangerous.
Officials say eight people lived there and one of them did not make it out.
The coroner's office has not identified that person, and investigators are still trying to figure out what sparked it.
