DAYTON -- Do you know where your keys are at all times? There's a way for a complete stranger to clone your personal keys, just by taking a picture with their smartphone.
The website www.keysduplicated.com claims to be an easy way to ship a copy of your house key right to you instead of making a trip to the hardware store, but ABC22/FOX45 News wanted to investigate how easy it would be for someone with the wrong intentions to use the technology to get into your home.
"If a crook knows where the key goes, the particular house or address and he was able to get a picture of it," said locksmith James Nolen, "it's possible."
